A name, telephone number, or address entered into a search form is sent to the third-party provider that supplies the results. Balch Springs Residents Directory does not retain a copy of those search entries on its own servers. When you contact us, we receive the contents of your message and use them to respond.

We review this information in aggregate to maintain the service and understand general readership. Cookies and similar tools may support basic analytics and, if applicable, advertising measurement.

The service uses an encrypted connection, and logs are retained only for the purposes stated above. Because there are no accounts, the service does not hold a visitor password or account profile that could be exposed.

This service is intended for adults and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor sent us information, contact us so it can be deleted.
